Neat little AU where they failed to retrieve Shinji after Eva 1 went physcho and ate the angel in turn Shinji was absorbed into the Eva. Unlike the anime they failed to revocer him the conventinal way so they had to resort to a more "sinister" method. I was really impressed with the Asuka characterization, because it's rather hard to pull it off with her character because she's just so fucked up. So she's every bit as physco as in the anime.

While it hasn't been updated in three years it has about 100k words so it's a very enjoyable read.
