    Though if you want something more specific than that particular parallel to build a story around...

    If you keep up with the gang in Gotham, you'd know that good ol' Eddie Nigma's turned his back on supervillainy after spending a year in a coma after the whole Infinite Crisis shitstorm, and is now working as a more-or-less legitimate private investigator. With his back firmly turned to supercrime, what better time for him to get involved in foiling the overseas drama of his foreign relatives/namesakes?

    Alternatively: Harry apprentices himself to (villain or redeemed) Riddler, because who better would know how to solve a Riddle?

    I've yet to read a good HP/Batman crossover, but this could be epic.

    There is one good HP/Batman crossover around T3t, though I think it was discontinued.
