    You guys might not like the first few chapters but at least check out the second half of chapter 9. It's got a lot of potential if it can move a bit away from the shippyness.

    if you are worried about h/g you really want to check out the second half of chapter 9 (it's the bit where she dies)

    I tried reading this yesterday and these are my results:

    Chapter 1 - Boooring. Angst, angst, Sirius please come back etc... Standard Harry pining after Sirius shit.

    Chapter 2 - Cool asian chick approaches; Harry is acting like an asshole; She starts crying on mention of Lily; Harry huggs her; She promises to teach him WANDLESS MAGIC, which she uses all the time...

    This is where I stopped. Seemed like a clished piece of crap to me...

    I really hate it when they use shit like that. DoM, RoR, MoM, DADA... if they cant even be arsed to actually spell the words out then the story isnt worth reading most of the time.

    And thus, why i've skipped reading this one. It utterly ruins a story when they use half assed abbreviations.

    Always thought it was about intent... unless I got that from fanon which I probably did. Love powering the Killing Curse is really screwy... I mean, is it alright if he powers it with love and not intent to kill? Still get the same fucking outcome...

    I have to agree. I just skimmed it, but it's got buttloads of sappy H/G and overpowered OCs ('Silvia,' 'Vivien,' and vampires who train Harry in martial arts).

    It's over 100k words, but looks to be abandoned. 2/5
