Summary: Harry Potter & Wee Free Men (Discworld) crossover: Returned to the Land of the Living, a small clan of Nac Mac Feegles find themselves thrown headlong into a world they never expected, without Gonnagle or Kelda. What're they to do?

Good little fic about the Nac Mac Feegles coming to Harry Potter's universe and being themselves.

Fantastic characterisation and use of their accents, and if you know the Pterry world, it's very funny, possibly the best Discworld/Harry Potter crossover I've seen.

I remember reading this a year or so ago. It's a classic story deserving of being in the library and ranks with Ruskbyte's "Evil Be Thou My Good" as far as being considered one of, if not, the best one-shot HP crossover. I'm surprised it's only been reviewed 17 times in the three and a half years since it's been posted.

It definitely deserves more reviews than the mere 17 it has gotten till date. The reason for that is probably the category it's in, methinks... nobody looks at Book Xovers.

Tehan: Don't go putting awesome ideas in my head. It's not right. It's cruel. Now I've just wasted the last 30 minutes looking at pics and wiki entries of Tiffany, and I'm about to go off and read Wintersmith... I don't know why I never started it, I loved The Wee Free Men and A Hat Full of Sky.

Damn you, Tehan. You must write something in this vein. A short one-shot just to satisfy this sudden craving to mix up Tiffany in HP's world. I'll be damned to a life of eternal restlessness if this can't be sated.

All I can say is ... what the hell is Discworld! God, don't even answer that, but Jesus Christ everyone is always like 'yeah discworld' and I just go along with the crowd.

 

Someone's got their nose all up in Tehan's crotch...

 

I've been bluffing my way through mentions of Discworld too, but I've buckled down and read a few books. It's kind of an epic parody.

It is worthy of the praise.

The best moment in literature I came across was when one of the Discworld characters experienced a literal cliff-hanger. Inspired an ending to a chapter of one of my stories.

When I saw the title, I thought this was going to be a HP/Highlander crossover.

I'm disappointed.

 

Even though I've read the fic, I'm not sure what the title has to do with the story. It should be reserved for Highlander fics.
